Purpose: This vacuum oil-purifier is applicable for treating
severely contaminated insulating oil such as transformer oil,
transformer oil, and switch oil, etc.
1. Imported maintenance-free compound 3D flash evaporation system
capable of dewatering and degassing with high efficiency.
2. Impurity removal technology fulfilled through the joint use of
imported multi-mesh stainless steel filtering material and
composite macromolecular absorbing material, with high efficiency.
3. Automatic oil level control technology with full automatic
double infrared beam scanning, resulting in larger control range,
more accurate transmission and no malfunction.
4. Double-U-shape gradually-densifying carbon cellulose remote
infrared heating device at international advanced level, which can
heat evenly and with high efficiency so that oil aging and
deteriorating will never occur.
5. Safe, reliable and human-oriented operation and interlock
protection system.
6. The vacuum oil-purifier can be independently used, or be used
together with oil recovery system.
7. The vacuum oil-purifier can be used for vacuum oil-filling and
vacuum drying of insulated electric equipment such as transformer.

flash evaporation and micro-water separation, as well as impurity
