Purpose: It is used for treating nonconforming turbine oil,
hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, and is particularly applicable
for seriously emulsified turbine oil.
Features:
1. Imported polymeric composite macromolecular material capable of
thoroughly demulsifying.
2. Advanced binary linear dewatering method, which can dewater with
high efficiency (it can thoroughly remove liquid water, 100%
emulsified water and 80% dissolved water).
3. Impurity removal technology fulfilled through the joint use of
imported multi-mesh stainless steel filtering material and
macromolecular composite technology, which can maintain the
cleanliness of the liquid oil up to grade 6.
4. Combination of coalescence separation with compound 3D flash
evaporation system, which can dewater and degas more quickly and
thoroughly.
5. Automatic oil level control technology with full automatic
double infrared beam scanning, resulting in larger control range,
more accurate transmission and no malfunction.
6. Advanced double-U-shape gradually-densifying carbon cellulose
remote infrared heating equipment in the world, which can heat
evenly and with high efficiency, and therefore can save energy.
7. Automatic trapezoid and spirrilum flush back system is used.
8. Safe, reliable and human-oriented interlock protection and
operation system, which enables online operation of the
oil-purifier with equipments such as steam turbine and water
turbine without operator.
Advantages: This kind of oil purifier can perform thorough
demulsification, and the oil so treated is not apt to be emulsified
again. Moreover, it can not only dehydrate large amount of water,
but can also drain during the operation.
